SUMMARY:Community Health Fair for Men
DESCRIPTION:Sentara Healthcare will host a Community Health Fair for Men in partnership with Portsmouth’s Fatherhood-Mentoring Program and Educational Services of Hampton Roads\, Inc. The focus of the Men’s Health Fair is on improving the quality of life for men and their families.  During the Health Fair\, Sentara will offer the following screenings: HDL/Cholesterol; A1c/Diabetes; BP/Blood Pressure; BMI/Body Mass Index; a take home Colorectal FIT screening kit; and more. The event is FREE and open to the public and the first 50 men to arrive will receive a $25 gift card to Walmart or Wawa. \nMen of all ages are encouraged to participate.
