DESCRIPTION:This workshop explores the role of business and employers across all industries in improving health and health equity in communities. \nBusinesses and employers play an important role in shaping health and health equity through their hiring and employment practices\, their products and services\, their impact on the environment\, and their interactions with and activities in communities. The last 2.5 years have cast in sharp relief the relationships between work and health\, businesses and communities\, and this workshop will examine and showcase practices\, data\, policies\, and partnerships that position businesses to play important roles in helping to improve health and health equity.
