The February 24, 2022 session of Equitable Encounters: Real Talk About Race discussed Black women in the workplace with featured guest speaker Linda Goler Blount, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Black Women’s Health Imperative, a national organization leading efforts to improve the health and wellness of the nations’ 21 million Black women and girls – physically, emotionally and financially through education, research, knowledge, leadership development and instituting aggressive national programs in health policy.
