The highest incidence of distant cervical cancer (4.5% per year) was in Southern white women aged 40 to 44 years. White women were almost twice as likely to be non- or missing guideline screening compared to black women (26.6% vs. 13.8%). The lowest human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination coverage was among her Caucasian teens (ages 13 to 17) with 66.1% for her and 75.3% for him otherwise.
