The consequences of our planet’s climate crisis–the wildfires, droughts, floods and heatwaves–are being felt most acutely by low-income communities, especially communities of color. And those communities disproportionately bear the costs of rising utility rates (got PG&E, anyone?) and fraud by shady businesses trying to make a buck off the clean energy transition (door-to-door solar panel sales?). Hear from two of the nation’s leading experts about the challenges facing low-income consumers due to climate change, and what efforts are underway to protect them.
