The Academy for Continued Healthcare Learning (ACHL) has collaborated with Purdue University and expert faculty, Anne Louise Peters, MD, and Davida F. Kruger, MSN, MSN, APN-BC, BC-ADM, to create an easy-to-administer digital QI program to improve adherence to guidelines for the prevention of severe hypoglycemia in patients with diabetes.

Your team will be able to:

• Assess how well their practice aligns with evidence-based recommendations
• Select pre-developed goals to address your identified gaps or create your own
• Create an action plan, and review pre-developed interventions to achieve these goals

A representative can complete the QI based on individual team feedback, where all individuals receive credit, or individual access is available. We recommend sharing your team’s findings with key stakeholders in your organization to reflect on ongoing improvements and/or future opportunities.
