ACCELERATING HEALTH EQUITY CONFERENCE

May 7 - May 9

$125 – $900

Long-standing health care disparities and inequities still persist. Systemic drivers such as structural racism and economic disadvantages have resulted in disproportionate health outcomes across different patient populations. Education, safe and affordable housing, transportation and nutritious food access all have a significant impact on the quality and quantity of an individual’s life and overall health.

Join us for the upcoming Accelerating Health Equity Conference, where leaders and organizations focused on accelerating health equity will work to continue driving change together.

The Accelerating Health Equity Conference brings together professionals focused on improving community and population health and building partnerships, and professionals striving to advance diversity and inclusion within hospital management and executive levels. These two groups of key stakeholders are made up of leaders in the following fields:

  • Community benefit
  • Population health
  • External affairs
  • Strategy and mission
  • Diversity, equity and inclusion

What to Expect:

During the three-day conference, you will:

  • Hear from leading voices in the fight against health inequities as they share the latest insights, ideas and success stories
  • Participate in breakout sessions packed with insights and resources you can bring back to your organization
  • Join how-to workshops and interactive problem-solving activities

Don’t wait! Sign up for a community immersion experience and a pre-conference workshop now before the spots sell out!
