The National Minority Quality Forum (NMQF) invites you to a free general health screening on Saturday, June 28, 2025, from 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM at Xavier University of Louisiana | Mary & William McCaffrey Ballroom

Mini Clinic Health Screenings & Services Offered:

✅ Breast exams
✅ Kidney screenings
✅ Lung risk assessment
✅ Blood pressure checks
✅ Blood sugar screenings
✅ Vision (optical) exams
✅ Dental exams
✅ Mental health support resources

Primary care referrals
Each attendee will receive a “Health Passport” to help guide them through their screenings and connect them to follow-up care as needed. Our mission is to promote early detection and link participants with critical health services.

We’re proud to partner with the Divine 9, community groups, advocacy organizations, health systems, and clinics — working together to reduce health disparities and advance health equity in New Orleans underserved communities.
