FORM NYC is hosting this event in celebration of Men’s Health Month, but also Juneteenth and Father’s Day. Most importantly, this event is in response to the extreme violence being seen in NYC as we believe this is a necessary `time to show that positive work is being done to save lives in our community as well. We will be celebrating minority men and women who are doing good work in the fields of: medicine, mental health, fitness/nutrition, and education. We will be honoring select members who have made great strides in protecting the health and wellness of our community. Join us as we raise funds for upcoming programming and a future home for our organization.
