Following a two-year break due to COVID, the three leading Latino organizations in Topeka, Topeka League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) Council #11071, El Centro of Topeka, and MANA de Topeka are renewing the Latino Leadership Collaborative of Kansas program which aims to ensure that the Latino community is realizing its full potential by increasing leadership capacity of current leaders and developing new leaders.

The Latino Leadership Collaborative (LLC) is seeking up to 25 participants to train and enhance the placement of Latinos on boards, organizations, committees, community projects, in business, and policy-making positions.

The Collaborative has graduated 60+ individuals through a unique and rigorous leadership training opportunity.

This years’ program is scheduled to begin May 21, 2022 and complete in November of 2022. 

All interested parties are invited to submit an application. The application is available on the http://www.llcofks.org/ website. You are encouraged to review all guidelines on the website. If you need assistance in completing the application, we will have representatives available April 12th from 6:00 pm to
